Myrna Haag is the founder of the six step formula to living healthy. She has been helping others live healthy balanced lives for over 28 years. With almost 3 decades of experience in the field of health and fitness Myrna shares with you what methods work and which ones don’t. She has helped people in all walks of life obtain a healthy lifestyle from busy mothers who lack energy and can’t seem to lose weight to competitive athletes who are trying to reach peak performance.
Myrna promotes a sensible and straightforward approach for attaining and keeping a healthy lifestyle. She believes that the human body tends naturally towards a healthy and energetic state when given proper nutrition and exercise. We enable this tendency when we equip ourselves with good information and strong daily support. Instead of blindly following the inflexible rules of some "program" or "system," we must understand the needs of our bodies on a more general level, then apply that understanding to our particular preferences and situation in life.
Through lectures, cooking demonstrations, and participation in community-based organizations Myrna has spread her healthy lifestyle message to thousands of people. She currently leads dynamic exercise classes at the YMCA, as well as six step workshops. She volunteers at the Salvation Army, and other local charities bringing her message to those in need. Her passion to empower others to live healthy balanced lives motivates her to share her knowledge and experience with anyone who is ready to change their life for good. You can visit her on the blog, or come to a six step workshop in your area.
