No single food is the reason for obesity nor the solution. It’s not about foods but you around food. This is about choices you make, and the commitment you make to yourself. It is not just about picking and choosing from a list of foods, it is much deeper and more meaningful than that, it is about a lifestyle that you choose to live and the foods you choose to have a meaningful purpose in your life. To just pick and choose from a list of foods is called dieting. Diets don’t work because food doesn’t play a meaningful role in your life. There is a big difference in allowing food to co-exist in your body than food becoming your body.
