Living a healthy Fit lifestyle is a function of stimulating the muscles with small burst of intensity throughout the day. While you perform everyday movement, you turn up the volume on intensity. For example; Walking to and from your car challenge your muscles with a brisk pace where you feel them tingle, a slight burn, for a minimum of 10-15 seconds, and you just sent a message to the brain that causes a positive reaction throughout the entire body. Do this 15-20 times during your normal routine, and it can be equivalent to a 30 minute gym workout. Think of all the opportunities you have in your day to create slight burst of intensity!
